Hold a credit, debit, or gift card beneath your nose with the magnetic strip facing out, and take a selfie.  You can use any card with a standard-size magnetic strip.  (The relative size of the magnetic strip will be used to calculate certain measurements such as your pupillary distance and segment height, etc.)  You will upload your selfie on a subsequent page.
